Like many of our Fit Fathers, Tom was juggling work, family, and a desire to lose weight. And his situation was particularly unique, with a lot of pain and tragedy bringing him down.
But Tom didn’t let that stop him. He took a long look at himself and decided that it was finally time to make a change since tomorrow is never promised.
And change he did! Tom dropped over 80 pounds, created positive momentum, broke old patterns, and completely changed his mindset.
As you’ll hear from Tom himself, he was cynical, skeptical, and resistant. But now, he’s all in on his health and fitness, and he and his wife are committed and have totally bought in.
Like all our Fit Fathers and Mothers do, they found ways to make healthy eating and physical activity fit into their lives. No matter how busy you are or what you’re going through, you can find ways to make positive changes, as Tom did.
