Let’s Talk About Mental Health
Health & Fitness:Mental Health
We often expect things to turn out exactly the way we want them to, and sometimes they will; however… sometimes we might found ourselves feeling disappointed, let down, frustrated or even angry because things don’t go the way we expect them to. Learning how to find the balance between being hopeful and not being completely attached to the outcome takes work, and that’s what I’m exploring this week. In this episode I talk about what expectations are, the difference between healthy and unhealthy expectations, and how to manage your expectations. So, let’s talk about mental health!
