Sam Tait was a sports-mad 22 year old before a motorbike accident completely severed his spine and rendered him a paraplegic from the waist down. While in hospital he saw videos of sit-skiers and the decision to pursue the sport became his lifeline. Within 5 years Sam made his debut at the Paralympics in Korea, was ranked 6th in the world in Crossfit and was the first paraplegic to climb Australia’s highest mountain, Mount Kosciuszko without any mechanical assistance; a feat that inspired the documentary “All the way up.” Hosts Alexa and Jenna chat to Sam to find out how such a life-changing event taught him the power of his own adaptability and strength, why he's determined to push the boundaries as far as he can to see what he can do, and why he believes he's a much better human now.
