Zion Clark is the epitome of what it is to be an athlete. Born without legs, his sheer tenacity has seen him awarded the All-American title for outstanding achievement in wrestling and a Guinness World Record for the fastest man on 2 hands, not to mention starring in his own Emmy award-winning Netflix documentary. But despite his many accomplishments, Zion spent his childhood in foster homes where he was bullied and physically attacked, nearly dying twice. Hosts Action Alexa and Jenna Louise talk to Zion about how he built his incredible physical strength and mental stamina to become an elite athlete, how he reads his opponents body language on a micro level to predict their next move, and why fitness didn’t just save his life, it made him a standout on every single playing field he chose.
