This livestream found Dr. Nick fielding some questions about quarantine with kids, we talked about managing emotional flooding in tense partner situations when you know it's something you experience. We also talked about some of the potential positive outcomes of this really scary, anxious, and painful time. I know I've been experiencing an increased sense of community despite the physical social distancing, maybe you have too?
