Bryce enjoys world travel and is a fitness expert, coach, author, and inspirational leader.
On this episode we talk about how to start a fitness routine if you feel stuck and overwhelmed, the benefits of circuit and resistance training, as well as what to eat in a day on a workout day. We also discuss pre & postnatal workout, the misconception of female’s weight lifting and turning into body builders, the importance of sleep and hydration as part of your fitness regime, and so much more!
