In this episode, I had the wonderful opportunity to chat with the one and only Donny Starkins (@donny_starkins). He is a personal development coach who helps others make massive transformation in their lives, get unstuck and discover their purpose. He’s also a mindfulness expert, yoga instructor, a leader in the community, and his ability to make complex concepts feel achievable is really remarkable. His signature program is called "The Shift" and he’s got another incredible program releasing soon that was born out of his experience recovering from addiction.
