Julie's wake up call occurred when she had to sit down in the shower to catch her breath. This moment led her to coming to our gym in the spring of 2017. Since then she has lost 56 pounds, 4 dress sizes, 4 pant sizes and 2 shirt sizes. Not to mention her outlook on life and herself has completely changed. Julie's story reminds us of what is truly possible when we act and surround ourselves with the right people. Enjoy!
