Garrett Dikes, 30 years old, shares his fitness journey on the podcast today. At the start of this year Garrett weighed 278 pounds and now he is weighing in at 227. Although Garrett has been a part of the gym fam for 7 years he has had his ups and downs which he shares about on the podcast today. He is in a completely new head space which is allowing him to not only enjoy the gym more but also truly love himself.
