In episode 30, we’re looking at the Stages of Change (Transtheoretical Model) and how it relates to your weight loss journey and the stages of being a butterfly. We’ll walk through each stage and how to identify if it’s where you are, so that you can recognize why you’re stuck in the lose weight and gain it cycle. Once you’ve identified where you are in the stages, then we’re going to look at what you need to do to move forward through the stages so that you can lose the weight you want to lose.
