Meet Carol — she has lived here for 8 years now with her husband and three adorable kiddos. Taking care of her kids (ages 8, 7, and 2!) is her full time job and it sure keeps her busy! In today’s episode, Carol talks about her fitness journey, focusing specifically on her journey after having children.
