Beth Miles, 53 years old, began her CrossFit journey 10 years ago at 43 years of age. She has stood the test of time. Beth is a wife and a mother. She has remained consistent in her workouts throughout these last 10 years and has tremendous fitness to show for it. This interview carries so much wisdom in it.
