In episode 40, we are talking about how a vision for your life and what you want will help you hit your weight loss goals. This will help you have a clear vision of where you want to go and what you need to get there. After explaining why you want to have a vision, I give you 5 steps on how to create it and apply it so that you can lose the weight you want to lose. This gives you more detail to create an actual plan towards becoming who you want to be. Of course, you could just do the simpler method I mentioned in the last episode and you will still get there.
