On this episode Grant and I take a deeper dive into what is is to be an entrepreneur, we look at passion, purpose and drive.
Grant has gained excellent financial insight, knowledge and experience working as a project and cost accountant at several large international financial institutions in London, including JP Morgan, Schroders and UBS, and as operational lead at a closed $ 400 million private fund.
In 2005, Grant moved into the Property Sector as a property investor and opening a successful property management business in London. The property management business was sold to a large South West London business investor in 2010.
Returning to South Africa in 2010, Grant joined Only Rentals in 2011 as a franchisee and in 2012 became a co-franchisor and Managing Director of the Only Rentals SA brand.
Grant has a solid financial foundation gained through tertiary studies in Finance and Accounting and experience gained in the large international financial institutions. Extensive property investment and rental knowledge has been gained through personal property investments and property business ventures since 2005 in both South Africa and England.
