Dr. Nelson is President of the Nelson Media Group and founder of Ladynomics financial wellness business doctor. She is also a nationally recognized author of two Amazon bestsellers. Doctor Nelson is a board-certified pediatrician, and currently a general pediatrician for Sun River Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Clinic, which is a federally funded nonprofit health center that serves medically underserved areas and populations. She, along with the medical director, established the pediatric department. Doctor Nelson is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, New York's in the House for University and Stony Brook University School of Medicine. She completed a pediatric residency at Jacoby Medical Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where special emphasis was placed on primary care.
Dr. Herbert and Dr. Nelson discuss their roles in healthcare and their upcoming collaboration in the Gambia Collaborative Project. Dr. Nelson shares her experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic and her excitement about volunteering in Gambia, where she hopes to learn about natural medicine and share her expertise in pediatric care.
