A few months ago, Bernhard Kerres, was talking at the Nordic Orchestra Conference in Stockholm. He introduced a new marketing concept for the arts world which he called 3Cs. The 3Cs stand for Content, Community and Conversation. Today he adapts this concept to the marketing needs for classical musicians.
