Episode 48: Dr. Paul Wood

Dr Paul Wood is a motivational speaker and author. The 45-year-old is also a husband and father of two boys.

The life he lives is a far cry from his late teens and entire twenties- when Paul was 18, he convicted of murder and served 11 years in prison.

Some of you will make your mind up about Paul without even listening to this episode. He knows this and understands your 'why.'

For those of you who listen with an open mind, there are so many lessons we can all get from Paul’s very long road to redemption.

It was in jail that Paul Wood decided to use the time wisely by studying. He became the first person in New Zealand's history to progress through undergraduate and master’s degrees while in prison. He was also the first person to begin a doctorate while incarcerated.
