It's been quite the hectic week so having literally just finished editing an interview with one of the most influential authors on family life, the fabulous Steve Biddulph, I'm reminded of the importance of balance! Setting goals is all very well but if we don't give ourselves the chance to rest and recover, we will burn out - I'm saying it to myself too!! So, here we go, hamster wheels, 2020 and sunshine!!
