Ready To Be Real by Síle Seoige
Health & Fitness
Topics covered : Accountability, acceptance, action, hoarding, guilt, repetition, transformation.
This week I speak to stylist Fiona Hayes who lives in Limerick with her husband Trevor, their 2 boys Matthew and Ross, along with her Dad Nick.
She has been dressing people for over 15 years, many who are well known. She also runs her own bespoke retail events company, and she has appeared on TV from Channel 4’s Queen of Frocks to TV3 and most recently RTÉ’s Today show.
And in this conversation she shares a lot of style tips with us, along with the importance of doing a wardrobe detox, the benefit of upcycling and what to spend your money on when it comes to your clothes.
You can find out more on her Instagram page @fhstyle or email her fiona@fhstyle
