Business
Listen in to our FIRST EVER IN STUDIO INTERVIEW as we talk IN PERSON with the founder of Bella Minds, Jenn Shaw. Bella Minds is a for-profit social enterprise that focuses on teaching tech education to mid-career rural women enabling them to work, live, learn, and lead by using the power of technology. The core mission of Bella Minds is to help women fighting both sexism and ageism in technology. Jenn is originally from a small town and knows first hand the struggle of rural women to receive the technical training required to advance from their careers. Jenn drops tons of helpful insights for change agents and social entrepreneurs. She shares her knowledge on leadership, humility, and teaching from the unique perspective of a self titled “Founder/CEO/Janitor.” Jenn also tells her personal story of helping her best friend learn technology skills and drastically improving her ability to provide for her family in her rural community.
