Jason founded EdenWorks as a way to bring innovation to the food industry through disruptive change. EdenWorks is a for profit organization that is leading the urban agriculture movement in New York City. Using aquaponics technology, eden works grows produce and seafood using 90 percent less energy and water and producing 3 to 8 times the yield of regular farming. EdenWorks grows the freshest food and fish possible on the roofs of new york city buildings and delivers them directly to local restaurants and other food related business.
