Most of our podcasts this month are going to be marathon-focused. But April is also Bowel Cancer Awareness month, and our guest this week is the remarkable Nathaniel Dye. Nathaniel was recently diagnosed with stage 4 bowel cancer, aged just 37. Despite the diagnosis, he is still running and hoping to complete an ultra at some point in the future. More than that, though, he says that running has taught him the importance of persevering and continuing to move forwards.
To follow Nathaniel’s cancer journey from 100 miles to cancer and (hopefully) back again, visit his blog: nathanielscancerchronicle.site
