When Elliot Giles broke Seb Coe's 800m British indoor record earlier this year, it was the latest chapter in a remarkable story. Having been involved in a serious motorcycle accident as a teenager, Giles feared he might never run again. Through a steely determination, unshakeable self-belief and some unorthodox training methods, he's become one of Team GB's breakout stars – and is on the front cover of this month's Runner's World magazine.
