This week on the podcast I am joined by Kassandra Reinhardt. This is a re-release of my original interview with Kassandra, AKA Yoga with Kassandra on YouTube. Kassandra is a YouTuber with almost 2.5 million followers, the author of 2 books; "Yin Yoga: Stretch the Mindful Way" and “Year of Yoga”. She also has an app, is a yoga teacher trainer, and has multiple courses online.
On this episode we talk about practicing Vinyasa, Yin and Forrest yoga, what each of these practices did for her and her experience with all three styles, as well as how to make the most out of yin yoga. We also discuss when yoga became more than just physical exercise for her, jumping at the opportunity to take a yoga teacher training, her wellness routines she incorporates into her daily life including smoothies, her sleep routine, daily movement, and so much more!
