I have some childhood history of bullying, and because of it, I have zero tolerance for mean people. But that’s not exactly what this episode is about.
Today, we will answer the question… why is bully culture such a threat to our overall health and well-being. Even if you've never been bullied before, I encourage you to listen because there is a fascinating twist at the end.
