Welcome to Episode 43. Today's meditation is called Open Your Heart Guided Meditation.
The heart is the emotional center of the body. Every experience and every emotion is stored in the heart. Imagine how much residue and heaviness is stuck in the heart?
When the heart is blocked, our energy is de-pressed. We can lack a sense of joy and find it difficult to be in the present moment. By cleansing out the emotional goo, we can begin to feel joy again. We can forgive and observe others more compassionately. We begin to feel free. Now our inner light (our true nature) can shine authentically with courage and grace.
Imagine how we would relate to each other with an open heart and elevated consciousness. We could heal the world.
