This series is a straight to the point view of my thoughts in my training journey. In this first episode I shared some things that would have saved me a lot of wasted time when marathon training.
This year I’m running the Virgin Money London Marathon, which is one of the biggest fundraiser events globally. Each of the 4 times, I’ve raised money for different charities.
This year I’m running for the Samaritans charity as they do great work to help support people who need to speak to someone, when they’re struggling with their mental well-being.
It costs £5 for the Samaritans team to answer a call from someone in calling in need. Thank you to everyone that has donated so far we’ve raised £460. That’s 92 spots for people who are in need. If you’re able, please donate using the link below.
