In episode 135, I speak with Matt Fox, who is the Founder, and Content Director of Sweat Elite, as of August 2022 they have over 88K subscribers and millions of views ranked up. The sports media company pulls back the curtain into elite and sub elite running training. One piece of feedback Matt was asked was could Sweat Elite show the training for an athlete’s full marathon training block. So Matt is currently doing that with his own training for the 2022 Berlin marathon. It’s an excellent series with his training partners, coach etc and I’d highly recommend watching it.
