There's 'self-help' the product (book, program, course) and then there's 'self-help' the process; literally helping yourself by making brave choices, doing hard things, asking great questions, owning up to your BS, being resilient, getting back up when most would give up, being consistent with your effort and completely committing to the practical process of changing yourself and your life for the better, no matter how uncomfortable, uncertain, unfamiliar or inconvenient that journey may be.
