Your gut health affects your overall health. And when you struggle with chronic illness, it is easy to think “Well I am sick so I am just going to be sick.” But it doesn’t have to be that way. There are things you can do to make yourself the healthiest you can be, even in your state of sickness.

In today’s episode, she is sharing her journey! From the onset of her sickness, the physical and mental challenges she faced, the seasons of trial and error with her diet, the critical role of mindset in healing, and what happened in Costa Rica that changed her health journey completely.
