Hey Gang! Today, I want to talk about this notion of getting started and starting over.
After a few weeks off because of an injury, I'm at a place where I miss being able to go for runs and I'm excited that I can run again! But, I'm running for 10-minutes every other day. (OK, truthfully I'm up to 20-minutes. Don't want to brag I just recorded this last week and I've leveled up.) BUT, the struggle is real. This shit is really hard.
So, press play and let's unpack!
