This is something I have been challenged with as I get older, its easy to slip into the habit of needing to "have my face on" however that doesn't define who we are and sometimes therefore it's a good exercise, to force ourselves to go against the grain. It's all about confidence and self acceptance.
So, earlier this week I put out a challenge on Instagram for people to go somewhere without a scrap of make up on. Some embraced it with both arms and others were quite reticent, it was a really interesting response.
I dig into it a little deeper during this podcast but the all important question is this, will you embrace the challenge ...and if so, can you repeat it again??
