Dara’s enthusiasm for healthy living is apparent as she explained to us how she got started in raw food and why she follows a raw food program. As a teacher, she has learned many tips for how to incorporate more raw into your lifestyle, even if you don’t want to commit 100%. Energetically, a raw food diet is more damp and cold and good digestion requires warmth and dryness, so Dara explains how she uses herbs to keep her energy balanced and to support a raw diet in the long term.
Dara is also excited about Feng Shui and how the energy of your living space relates to the Qi and energy in your life. She shares some great resources with everyone who might be interested in learning more about Feng shui.
