Have you ever said to yourself, “It’s too late for me to learn about money. I’ll never know enough to get ahead.” or, “I’ve made too many mistakes, I’ll always be in debt,” or “If I just made more money, I’d be a lot happier.” These are very common beliefs that we share about money. Just the other day, I was having a conversation with a friend, and she said, “Shannah, I’m just tired. I’m in my 40s, and I haven’t saved enough money; I feel like a real failure,” so she inspired this episode because I think it’s time we talk about these money beliefs that hold us back. One of the things I love the most about hosting this show for the last nine years is getting to make some really great friends who also host equally amazing money podcasts and bringing them together to talk about money topics that I know are top of mind for you, like this episode. Jordan Grumet, aka Doc G., host of the Earn and Invest podcast, and Joe Saul-Sehy, host of The Stacking Benjamins Show, are joining me to shatter these common money beliefs so they can no longer hold you back from reaching your goals.
