Picture this: The day is Halloween. You wake up excited because you cannot wait to enjoy the fun celebration of dressing up and eating candy and watching your children do the same.
You spend the day prepping for Halloween, getting costumes ready, carving pumpkins, prepping the candy and enjoying the candy like my favorites- sour patch kids and Kit Kats, Halloween themed sweets and candy corn throughout the day. Sure, these aren’t foods you typically eat on a daily basis- but that’s part of what makes the day so fun!
You go trick or treating with your kids, you are SO present with them, smiling and laughing and bursting with joy watching them get so excited to go to each house, knock on the door and yell, trick or treat!
You get home with all the candy. Your family goes through all the candy, picking out your favorites, enjoying eating it to the amount you desire, and end the day in bed with a smile on your face. Listen to today’s episode to learn more about how to make this your reality!
I’m rooting for you friend and SO excited for you to get there.
