Lena has been with Windermere since 1997. She is the daughter of Dick and Cathy Wood. Dick and Cathy opened the Windermere office in 1987. The Windermere North office is at #14 with-in Windermere offices in Washington state. With 52 agents In 2020 they closed 677 sides that equated to $457 million in dollar volume. Lena has developed a system for helping her agents achieve high levels of production along with great work life balance. In this interview she talks about her system for success.
