With multiple AFL Championship medals over a 20 year career, Director of High Performance at Hawthorn FC, Andrew Russell comes on the podcast after I saw him speak at Leaders in Performance in November in London. Andrew is a 'no nonsense' guy who has built an incredible reputation in Australia for the work he has done over his career especially at Hawthorn where they have been AFL Premiership winners in 2008, 2013, 2014 & 2015. Andrew isn't a social media guy and doesn't do much self promotion stuff so we are lucky to have him on the podcast. Enjoy!
