The Never Too Late To Fly Podcast
Health & Fitness
Episode 12 tries to answer one of the questions that Jacqueline gets asked most..."How do you handle food restraint and food restriction?" We dive into how food restraint and food restriction mentally and physically affect your body and actions. We discuss how creating hard, strict rules regarding food lends itself to a binging cycle. Rules will be broken and when the rules are broken you will feel like it is ok to eat whatever it is that you aren't allowing yourself to eat. We dig a little deeper into how and why these rules, restraint, and restriction lead to the vicious cycle of binging and then repeating the cycle. We hope that this discussion and Jacqueline's experiences are helpful in answering your questions about how to handle restrictions surrounding food. Thanks for listening and remember, it's never too late to fly!
