EAT SLEEP WINE REPEAT: A wine podcast
Arts:Food
This week we are joined by Master of Wine Student Pauline Vicard. The theme is The Future of Fine Wine so prepare yourself for a lot of opinions, but all nicely guided back with some clearer definitions from Pauline. Pauline works for the Areni Institute who run studies and research to try and define such a complex and personal definition. We get to learn what it's like to grown up on a vineyard in Burgundy, how Burgundy has changed over the years and all about Pauline's super nose power.
