Have you ever reached a point in your life that you would consider “rock bottom”. What did you do about it? Did you know, that even at rock bottom you have a choice? You can be resilient or find an even lower rock bottom.
Hello everyone, welcome to episode 78 - as the Resilience Think Tank presents the Resilient Journey podcast! Today I’m joined by NHL analyst and author of the new book Down and Back – Justin Bourne.
Justin and I talk about how alcohol went from being something he casually enjoyed to something he had to have and the impact it was having on his life. He explains that as a situation deteriorates, it’s a good idea to think about what comes next if you stay on your current path.
We discuss how maintaining status quo isn’t always a good plan and Justin explains why sometimes "you gotta do what you gotta do."
The Resilient Journey is now ad free, so be sure to give some love to the Resilience Think Tank for sponsoring this podcast.
