Here are a few suggestions for "friendship phrases". Please chose a few, which resonate with you and use them for this type of meditation. Or even better, create your own, as they probably will work best for you.
"I see you" "You matter" "I care" "You belong"
"It's okay, I am here" "You are not alone" "I am with you" "I am by your side" "I am here for you" "We are in this together"
"You can count on me" "I have your back" "I stand with you" "I will protect you" "I will keep you safe"
"I have your best interest at heart" "You can trust me" "I trust you" "I support you" "I believe in you"

BUDDHIST CENTRE
While registered as a Buddhist not-for-profit association, Buddhist Society of Victoria (BSV) welcome members of all backgrounds and religions.
Located in Melbourne, our East Malvern centre hosts programs that guide members on meditation; as well as practical Buddhist teachings for kids, teenagers, and adults.

FOREST MONASTERY
Newbury Buddhist Monastery is just 70 minutes from the heart of Melbourne city. The magnificent landscape and tranquil surroundings offer an inspiring backdrop for seclusion and meditation.
With its establishment, both male and female spiritual aspirants can seek out full ordination. This supports the cultivation of Buddhist teachers who in return, share Dhamma teachings across the world.
For more information: https://nbm.org.au/
There is a weekly guided meditation by a monastic on Monday nights at 7:30 PM AET. Please visit our YouTube channel here if you wish to join the livestream guided meditation.
Please support BSV in sharing the gift of Dhamma and supporting our monastics. Visit our donations page to find out more. Alternatively, support us via Patreon.
