As we approach the end of mental health month in Australia, it's a good time to share with you this episode in which Ava discusses how to support yourself when you find yourself at the 'bottom of the wave'.
More important than trying to tackle your healing work is identifying the place you’re coming from when you use your tools - are you coming from a place of dysregulation or are you coming from a place of presence?
When you are at the bottom of the wave, you may gain a profound perspective by stepping back for a moment and connecting to Being.
