This week’s podcast is another solo cast as I share my thoughts on how to move towards becoming a High Performance Human.
After years of trying to help individuals achieve their triathlon goals, I’m now aiming to help a wider group of individuals upgrade their entire human performance. I’m using the skills and experiences from the last 25 years to focus on sleep, recovery, nutrition, mobility/strength, and mindset to promote better health and longevity and in doing so contribute to better athletic performance if that’s what you want to achieve. Equally, you may just wish to have a really nice balanced life with abundant health and energy living to a ripe old age and enjoying life for as much of that time as you can.
