Each week, your host Damian Nevins will interview runners and other athletes from a variety of backgrounds.
Episode 12- Richard Franzese-
Richard Franzese is a middle-distance athlete who has had considerable success as an athlete winning the presitigious Oxford vs Cambridge varsity cross-country match amongst other races. In this episode Richard discusses his academic background and its' links with running. We talk extensively about coaching as well as his major influences on his training and racing. I especially enjoyed interviewing Richard as he speaks his mind and is equally entertaining.
