I have a question that I haven't been able to find a direct answer for. I'm about three weeks into keto. I am also trying to do intermittent fasting plus exercise. I use the Carb Manager app to setup my macros and track my eating. The problem I'm running into is that I find it very hard to meet my macros especially with intermittent fasting. It’s a lot of fat and calories. Is this a problem, especially since I'm exercising? I’d also love to replace belly fat with more muscle so I’m not just looking to lose weight but rather lose belly fat and gain muscle. Is this even possible with Keto and intermittent fasting? I just can’t stuff so much food into my body in a small window of time."
