It's good to get back on the mic. We just wrapped up the Wild Day Challenge - a 21 day challenge where we committed to working out OUTSIDE. The energy and enthusiasm was epic and we're psyched to do more. Even if you were not able to participate in the challenge, I'd still encourage you to join the group.
