Sophie Bertrand is registered nutritionist with a bachelor of psychology, a masters in clinical nutrition, and is the founder of Sophie’s Healthy Kitchen, co-host of the Forking Wellness Podcast and co-author of recently released nutrition book ‘Forking Wellness’.
Sophie has worked with leading brands in the food industry and also works with clients in a 1-1 setting at the Rhitrition clinic on Harley St in London.
She uses her Instagram page @sophieshealthykitchen to share evidence-based nutrition and a variety of recipes that are both delicious and nutritious.
On today’s podcast, Sophie and I chat about intuitive eating; what it is, how it’s defined, who it’s recommended for and who it isn’t, the 10 principles, how it differs from mindful eating, how it’s not to be used as a weight loss strategy, how to honour your hunger, how to practise body loved and acceptance and how to think positively towards our food choices.
You can follow Sophie on her Instagram, her website or purchase her book.
