Take What Serves. Leave the Rest.
Health & Fitness:Mental Health
In this episode, Bryan chats with Jesse Israel about meditation.
Jesse is the Founder of The Big Quiet, which is a mass meditation movement, aimed at gathering people to meditate together. Jesse recently went on tour with Oprah for her Vision 2020 tour.
Jesse shares his struggles with mental health when he was operating a successful record label in his early 20's, and how meditation helped him find relief. He talks more about what it was like to go on tour with Oprah, and what's happening in our bodies when we meditate.
