Phil Latter wears many hats (very well I may add). The book he co-authored, Running Flow, displays his passion for running, life, and helping others. One experience with flow in Phil's College Running career changed his life and sent him down a path to help others find flow. In this episode he tries to help us understand how we can find the flow state. Thank you Phil!
