She then delves deep into why women can lose their period around the time of competing for shows/shoots but also what they can do to get it back. We talk about the importance of blood work but what to look out for when you get the results and why you should consider the dutch test.
We finish off the episode by discussing the contraceptive pill, chemicals in foods/plastics that might be effecting it and PCOS.
